I ordered this trampoline online and when I tried to fix it the side bars of the trampoline were just not getting tight. It was just coming off every time I tried to fix it. When i call customer service to raise this issue, the person was very rude and ignored my call completely. I also sent him email but he was so stupid and he was just not ready to respond. This product is totally unsafe for children as all the parts of this product is loose. And this website is a big fraud and i request everyone not to order anything from this website. Rubbbishhhhh

Impossible to assemble

When I received this, I unpacked the pieces in my living room and left them for a short while as I was involved with other things. When I got around to making the pieces up, I discovered that I was missing one essential piece, so I am unable to complete assembling the drawers. Instead of six side pieces, I only received five. The unassembled drawers are fit only for the rubbish now. The photo shows the side struts exactly as unpacked.
