Missing Pieces

Tried putting it together the night before my sons birthday after my night shift job only to realise there are pieces missing. The screws needed to keep the seat in place, missing. The screws for the back tyre missing. The safety piece under the handle also missing. It’s plain black with no writing. Make sure your absolutely sure with how you tighten the screws that you do get because the paint peels very easily. In other words it plain silver spray painted black.
