Barn Door Hardware

Barn Door Hardware is a premium solution designed to enhance the functionality and aesthetic of your space. Please note that the Barn Door itself is not included in this package; only the Barn Door Hardware is provided.

To ensure proper installation, a clearance of 6 inches from the top of your door to the ceiling or crown molding is required. This hardware kit is compatible with door panels that have a thickness ranging from 1-3/8 to 1-3/4 inches and can support a door weight of up to 230 lbs. The gap between the door and cabinet is 3/5 inch, based on a 1-1/2 inch thick door.

For optimal fit, it is recommended that the track length be at least twice the width of the door. The track can also be cut to any desired length to suit your specific needs.

Safety Assurance Measures:

• Hanger: Features upgraded nylon wheels, each equipped with two lifetime-lubricated bearings to ensure smooth and quiet sliding. Tested beyond 120,000 rolls for long-term use.
• Door Stopper: Prevents the door from rolling off the rail. Anti-collision rubber caps ensure a quiet close.
• Anti-jump Pad: Prevents the door from being lifted off the rail. Installed on the top of the door, the anti-jump pad and roller secure the rail when the door hits the stopper.
• T Floor Guide: Prevents the door from swinging, allowing for free opening and closing. This hidden door guide requires a slot on the bottom of the door and is suitable for cabinets with bottom trim.
